What is the role of Mentorship in the civil services preparation?

How Mentorship is different from Foundation programme?

A foundation programme takes a holistic view of the preperation. It assumes little understanding of the topic and involves teaching of all necessary concept from the scratch. The mentorship programme on the other hand assumes cetrain level of understanding of the topic and looks to shpae that understanding into concrete blocks. Foundation programme has more components of teaching and knowking, while mentorship is more about practicing what is required for the exam.

Will there be tests included in mentorship programme?

Yes, tests are integral to the mentorship programmes.

What will be the validity?

All programmes will be valid for a period of one year.
